How to deal with blackening of electric heating tubes

The heat treatment will increase the wear resistance and hardness of the surface of the heating tube, 

and will not affect the components inside the electric heating tube. In the production process of electric

 heating tubes, there are special circumstances where blackening treatment is used. Heating treatment

 is a process of heat treatment of metal objects such as stainless steel. After the treatment, there will 

be an oxygenation film on the surface to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion and anti-rust.

Under normal working conditions, the easiest way to treat the blackening of the surface of electric 

heating tubes is as follows:

1. First, clean the surface of the metal pipe to keep it clean;

2. The second is to perform degreasing treatment on the surface. This process can place the metal pipe relatively in the degreasing liquid. The pH value of the degreasing liquid is best around 13, and the time should not be less than half an hour. After degreasing, wash with clean water.

3. Pickling can be carried out next. The pH value of the pickling solution is about 3, and the treatment time is no more than 10 minutes. After the pickling, rinse with clean water;

4. Blackening treatment: The pH value of the pool liquid is between 2-4, and the processing time is about 10 minutes. The blackening can be easily cleaned after this;

5. Finally bake and oil
